Guitar Lessons[:
Yesterday, Monday, June 29, 2009, was my very first guitar lesson!(: yay! aha, my friend, Danny, was teaching me for ten bucks an hour :p keeps me occupied during the summer :p Him, Apollo, and my babyboo came over! tehe :)
I woke up early and cooked lunch for them, FRIED RICE (: yes! I just threw everything together and BAM! yummy fried rice(: lol it was mostly filled with meat xD and some broccoli, aha. I was gonna make them some vanilla cake but I couldn't find the mixer :/
They came at around noon or so. My first greeting was "I'm homee! Honey, I'm home!" LOL, that was his greeting xD it was cuteee.
After they ate we started our lesson(: it was pretty funny lol and Danny said I was a fast learner :D He taught me the parts of a guitar, lol which was pretty funny. He taught me how to read notes and how to play it on the guitar(: The first song I learned was "Are You Sleeping" lol it's a cute song. aha, only b/c it has the same rhythm as one of my childhood song :p lol I got that song down within that day!(: woooo! yay me(: they're coming again tomorrow for my next lesson :p and he's gonna teach me another song so I can practice during Corpus(= something to keep me occupy if it gets boringg!

After our lessons, we just chilled and something horrible happened...I BROKE A MIRROR :( I was scared that I might have bad luck for seven years.. it was just a small make up mirror or whatever. It was laying on the bed and I accidentally threw the guitar on it.. :/ As I threw it down, I saw the mirror and I was thinking Oh shit, please don't hit it.. but then BANGG. it cracked into pieces :( I didn't know what to believe about the bad luck thing..some say it's true and some say it's not :/ bahh. I looked it up and turned around in circle three times.. ahahahaa that's what it said, I felt pretty stupid. b/c I called my mom and told her about it and she said it's nothing. At first she was freaking out but turns out she thought I cut myself or it was some other mirror :p she said it was nothing so that was a relief(:
Idunno what to believe but I trust my mommy(: and let's hope that my phone starts acting up was a coincidence.. afterward when we were watching a movie in mommy's room, my phone kept freezing up. gahh, it was gayy. but thinking back, I think it's a coincidence. b/c that phone was already acting up before that :/ stupid thing. I had to switch to my thick flip phone and that other phone was acting up too! well it was fine when I text but if I talk over phone it'd just turn pitch black :( boo for stupid phones!
My last hope was my other flip phone but that thing won't charge! and it turns out of battery fast! so it was no use :( I have one last phone left, which is my "new" purple nokia xpress. but that phone froze on me a couple times before, that was why I stopped using it.
Since I was in desperate need of a phone, I turned that baby on and a miracle happened! omg, at first I had no hope for it but soon afterward when I started deleting 5000 plus texts, I gained high hopes! :) wooooo! It works like new today(: Deleted ten thousand plus texts in that thing. I'm over joy now that it's working again :) wooohooo!
Anyways, I also taught my sister what I learned yesterday :p She gave me eight bucks for the lessons xD ahahaha nicee.

We going to Corpus in two days(: I'm kinda excited. finally some real summer fun :) I should think about what to pack :/ and start packing and putting things together :p woohoo! =D
OH! did you know Canadian drink milk from a bag? A BAG! aha, that's crazy :p but hey, it's normal for them.
