O'Connor(=

edited; Wednesday July 8, 2009 Aggg, this is a MAJOR procrastination -.- I was suppose to blog about my trip to O'Connor on whatever date this was initially posted but I somehow always find something else to do.. aha. sorry Kim! I know I was suppose to blogg after we got off the phone but aha, I forgot.. lol anyways.. here goes :)

Isn't that a nice view? Everywhere you look, there's water. It's like you're on an island surrounded by water and boats, lol. That's the rooftop of the beach house we were staying at. Three story to be exact, with a deck on each floor. Plus a stairway up to the rooftop where this amazing view [picture above] was taken. The view was beautiful, along with the cool breeze -the only thing that kept me sane in that crazyy heat! :[

DAY ONE: 070209

We left a little after noon last Thursday. Packed the car with tons of food and alcohol. I also brought the guitar :) which I screwed up on the way.. b/c there were so many scratches here and there that I didn't caught till Danny told me :( good thing Ima get a new one ;p but yeah, it took me FOREVER to pack -the night before and the morning of, to be exact lol and surprisingly I only packed one bag of clothes! & that was excluding towels and all that, aha now that's a big deal. Met up with Chris and his family -Nicole and Jonathan; then we all headed out to O'Connor. All these times I thought we were heading for Corpus but nahh, it's just O'Connor -which is pretty btw, hence the pictures. the ride was no more than three hours long, I think? Didn't get there til a little after three, aha. Corpus would be another hour or so -.- but yeah, it doesn't matter since O'Connor was pretty sweet(:

The beach house wasn't all that great from the outside, nor was it was "good condition" once we're inside. But, it was different(: it's kinda cool I guess -with all the decks and the beach surrounding us that is. Being a "germaphobic" I was absolutely disgusted :( not trying to be ungrateful or anything..but that beach house was old.. as in.. when you [I] went to see the restroom, there are rust everywhere. plus there's something that looks like blood stain on the floor :/ errr. ughh.. just thinking about it makes me wanna.. blahhh. but the rest of the house was good I guess. It was just that one restroom/bathroom we had. and the beds squeak lol. there were stains on the sheets too -.-" ughhhh. I had to throw it out and use my mommy's blankie to lay on it lol yuck. but overall, it was pretty neat :] & oh my goodness, the stairs! since it was a three story house, there are tons of stairs! it's like OMG.. look at it :( totally a replacement for thigh master xD

I still haven't gotten use to climbing on the bunks and.. the restroom/bathroom... ughhhh. but it's all good :) we shared the room with Chris and Nicole. Sis and I on the top bunk, while the two couples were on the bottom. Jonathan was somewhere else lol.

After we unload and all that good stuff, we headed out to the beach :D weeee. It was a "man-made" beach aha. that thing is sooo shallow! I didn't go out much. Came back after everyone left me :[ and had a little one-on-one with Mr. Chris :) lol I am amaze by his consumption of alcohol. I think he replaces water with beer xD He's awesome lol reminds me of Vin Diesel xD lmbo. But Vin is more macho xD aha and older.

I love going up to the rooftop late at night. The breeze is AMAZINGG. but I hate the mosquitoes :[ Lol. I fear going to sleep b/c of the bed lol. It's like ahhh. What if I fall?! x_x but I didn't lmfao. I survived all three nights, but that thing hurts my back :[ ughh. not comfortable AT ALL x_x
